1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from when payment is confirmed (for prepaid) or when COD order is verified.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We will notify you via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number (where applicable).

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you need to update or correct the address, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipment is initiated, we may not be able to make changes.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We ship across India.

Shipping is typically handled via established courier partners to ensure reliable delivery.

Transit time will depend on the destination city/town from our warehouse.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Standard shipping rates apply based on your location and order weight/volume — these are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is available for orders equal to or above

COD orders may incur an additional COD charge (if applicable) — this will be shown at checkout.
4. Transit Time Estimate

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days for major metro & tier-1 cities.

For remote, rural, or difficult-to-reach locations, transit may take up to 10–12 business days.

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, courier delays). We’ll do our best to keep you updated.
5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link (via email/SMS) so you can track your shipment.

Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for your tracking number to become active.
6. Delivery & Receipt

Please inspect the parcel at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery or note the damage with the courier and inform us immediately.

If no one is available at the listed address, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave the parcel at a secure location or with a neighbour. It is advised to provide a mobile number reachable during delivery.
7. Incorrect / Incomplete Address & Returns to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you may incur additional shipping costs for reshipment.

Please ensure your address includes full details: House/Flat number, Street/Road, Landmark, City, State, PIN code and mobile number.
9. Custom Duties & Taxes

All domestic shipments include applicable taxes (GST) at checkout.
10. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order shows as shipped but you have not received it within the expected timeframe, please contact us — we will work with the courier to trace your parcel.

In rare cases where a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to investigation.
