Cancellation Policy

At Parnik Naturals, we prioritize hygiene, product safety, and fast order processing. Because we deal in health & wellness products, we follow strict quality guidelines.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

  • Customers may request order cancellation only before the order is dispatched.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation before dispatch, customers must contact our support team immediately with their Order ID.

2. No Cancellations After Dispatch

Once the order has been packed and handed over to the courier, cancellation is not allowed due to product safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliances.

3. No Refund Policy

Since our products fall under the health & wellness category, we strictly do not offer refunds, except in rare cases where:

  • The product delivered is damaged,

  • Or the customer receives the wrong product.

Valid proof (unboxing video + images) must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Modes of Payment

We currently accept:

  • Prepaid (Online Payment)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

5. COD Refusal Policy

Refusing or failing to accept a COD parcel may result in:

  • Suspension of COD facility for future orders.
